Who is Pak Export Partners?
We are a private business based in Chicago that acts as a US office for Pakistani exporters. We set up US companies, build websites and online stores, and find US buyers.
Are you connected to the government of Pakistan or the US?
No. We are a private business. We are not part of any government office or trade body.
Do you speak Urdu?
Yes. We work in English and Urdu.
Which cities in Pakistan do you work with?
All of them. We work most with exporters in Sialkot, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar and Islamabad, but we work with exporters anywhere in Pakistan.
Costs
How much does a US company cost?
Our US company setup is $599 one time plus the state filing fee, and $399 a year to renew plus the state yearly fee.
How does your commission work?
On Sales Desk plans, we charge 2 to 5 percent of paid orders from buyers we introduce, depending on your industry. If the buyer does not pay, there is no commission. Your existing buyers are never charged.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All our prices are on our pricing page. Costs from others, such as state fees, ad budgets, freight and duties, are listed there too.
How do I pay you?
By international bank transfer in US dollars.
US company and banking
Can a Pakistani own a US company?
Yes. People from any country can own a US LLC, as long as they are not on US sanctions lists. You do not need a visa or to visit the US.
Will I get a US bank account?
We prepare your application and help you through it, but every bank makes its own decision. Approval is not guaranteed.
Does a US company mean I pay no tax?
No. Whether your US company owes US tax depends on how it does business, and you still owe tax in Pakistan. Our CPA partner reviews your setup.
Does a US company give me a US visa?
No. Owning a US company does not give you a visa or a right to live or work in the US.
Selling in the US
Do you guarantee orders?
No. No honest agent can guarantee orders. We guarantee the work, and you see all of it in a monthly report.
Can you clear my goods through US customs?
No. Only licensed customs brokers can do that. We coordinate licensed brokers for you.
Do you sign contracts with buyers for me?
No. You approve and sign every order yourself.
How long before I get my first US order?
Retail sales on Amazon or Shopify can start within weeks of launch. Wholesale buyers usually take a few months, because they test samples and small orders first.
