We checked the US and Pakistani rules on this page in September 2026. Rules change, so we confirm them again before we start your work. We are not lawyers or tax advisers. Where a license is needed, we work with licensed partners.

The full process

  1. You contact us. Use our quote form, email or phone. Tell us your product, city and whether you already export.
  2. We have a call. By phone or video, in English or Urdu. We ask about your products, prices, capacity and goals.
  3. You get a plan and a price. By email: the services that fit, what they include, the full cost and any costs paid to others.
  4. We sign an agreement. A plain written agreement with services, prices, commission, your existing buyers and the minimum term.
  5. You send documents and samples. Passport, company details, product specs, photos and samples for our Chicago office.
  6. We set up your US presence. US company, EIN, Chicago address, US phone, website, catalog and online stores, as your plan includes.
  7. We check your US rules. Labels, FDA, testing and duty, with licensed partners where needed.
  8. We find and contact buyers. Research, outreach, samples from Chicago and follow up.
  9. You approve and ship. You approve every price and order, then ship through your freight forwarder.
  10. You get paid and get a report. The buyer pays you directly. Every month you get a full report of our work.

How the money moves

  2. 2Bank records itAgainst your export in Pakistan.
  3. 3Your statementYou list paid orders from buyers we introduced.
  4. 4Our invoiceWe invoice commission from our US company.

We never collect your export money. This keeps your export proceeds in line with State Bank of Pakistan rules and keeps you in full control.

How we keep in touch

We work by phone, video call and email, in English and Urdu. Chicago is 10 to 11 hours behind Pakistan, depending on the time of year. Our day starts as yours ends, so US buyers get answers during their working day.

Every month you get a written report: every buyer we contacted, every reply, every sample sent, every quote and every order, plus a video call to plan the next month.

Contracts and payment

Before we start, we both sign a simple written agreement that lists the services, prices, commission rate, your existing buyers and the minimum term. One-time fees are paid 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery. Monthly fees are paid at the start of each month. You pay by international bank transfer in US dollars.

What we are not

  • We are not a customs broker. Licensed brokers clear goods through US Customs. We coordinate them.
  • We are not lawyers or accountants. A US CPA firm handles tax filings, and US attorneys handle legal work.
  • We are not a government office. We are a private business.
  • We never sign deals for you. You approve every price, order and shipment.
